Clutch spring used in many LG top-suspended large & medium automatic washing machines. This part fits onto the bottom of the transmission shaft inside the ratchet assembly at the bottom of the gearbox to lock or release the spin action. Excessive wear or damage can cause the machine to jam or only wash in one direction or slip causing no spin action.

This part has a small lug at one end of the spring.

Diameter - 27.6mm, Length - 28.5mm.
